These terms apply to all purchases made in the packraft.ee online store from May 2026.

1. General provisions

These terms of sale govern the relationship between OÜ Uugi Talu (hereinafter Seller) and the buyer (hereinafter Buyer) when purchasing goods in the packraft.ee online store.

By placing an order, the Buyer confirms that they have read and agree to these terms of sale. The terms have been drawn up in accordance with the Estonian Law of Obligations Act (VÕS) and the Consumer Protection Act.

2. Products and prices

All prices displayed on packraft.ee are in euros () and include VAT. The Seller reserves the right to change prices — the price displayed at the time of placing the order applies.

Product images are illustrative. Minor differences in product appearance (e.g. colour shades on screen) do not give grounds for a claim.

All products are original Ultima Packrafts (Czech Republic) products. The Seller is the official Ultima Packrafts dealer in Estonia.

3. Placing an order

To place an order, the Buyer fills in the order form on the website — entering their name, email address, desired product and additional information. The order is considered placed once the Seller has confirmed it by email.

The Seller has the right to cancel an order if:

  • the product is out of stock and not available within a reasonable time,
  • the order details are incorrect or incomplete,
  • payment is not received by the agreed deadline.

In the event of cancellation, the Buyer will be notified as soon as possible and any amount paid will be refunded in full.

4. Payment

An invoice is sent to the Buyer by email. Payment must be made by the deadline stated on the invoice (usually 5 working days). The product is dispatched after payment is received.

Accepted payment methods:

  • Bank transfer (Estonian banks)
  • Other methods agreed with the Seller

5. Delivery

Products are delivered throughout Estonia. Delivery to other EU countries is also possible — please contact us before ordering to clarify delivery terms.

Delivery time for in-stock products is 5–10 working days from receipt of payment. Custom order delivery time is 5–6 weeks.

Delivery costs Delivery costs are shown at order confirmation. Domestic delivery is usually by Omniva or DPD courier. The Buyer receives a parcel tracking link by email.

The Seller is not liable for delivery delays caused by the carrier, customs procedures or force majeure.

6. Returns and withdrawal

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the sales contract without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the product (VÕS § 56 para 1).

To return:

  • Notify the Seller by email at info@packraft.ee within 14 days of receiving the product.
  • Return the product in original packaging, unused and with all components within 14 days of notifying of withdrawal.
  • Return costs are borne by the Buyer, unless the product is defective.

The Seller will refund the amount paid within 14 days of receiving the returned product. The refund is made to the same account from which payment was received.

Exception Products manufactured or customised to order (e.g. special colour, size, accessories) cannot be returned, except in the case of a defect.

7. Warranty and claims

All products sold carry a 24-month statutory warranty. Detailed warranty terms and claims procedure are set out separately on the warranty page.

8. Limitation of liability

The Seller is liable for direct damage caused to the Buyer up to the purchase price of the product. The Seller is not liable for indirect damage, loss of profit or other consequential damage.

Packrafts are water sports equipment whose use involves risks. The Seller is not liable for injuries, property damage or other consequences arising from incorrect, careless or dangerous use of the product.

9. Personal data

The Buyer's personal data is processed in accordance with our privacy policy and GDPR. Data is used solely for processing the order and communicating with the Buyer.

10. Dispute resolution

Disputes are first resolved through negotiation. If no agreement is reached, the Buyer has the right to contact:

  • Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority (TTJA)ttja.ee
  • EU dispute resolution platformec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
  • Harju County Court (jurisdiction in Estonia)

Estonian law applies to the contract.

11. Changes to terms

The Seller has the right to amend the terms of sale by publishing updated terms on the website. Amendments take effect upon publication. Orders placed before amendments take effect are governed by the terms in force at the time of the order.
